Online Games to Play While Traveling

November 15, 2017

Travel and the online world go hand in hand. There are many hours of your trip where you will be unable to do anything but be on your computer or phone. Whether you’re road tripping around Canada or drinking beer in Ireland, entertainment is required and some apps just don’t cut it. You can choose to play some boring games or take your chances to try and win some real money while traveling!

Slots are a classic casino game. They have been around for some time and they remain popular even now. And with online casinos, slots have become more popular than ever. The ease of playing the game coupled with the cash prizes at stake make slots a perfect choice.

Check the paylines

It is advised that you play using the maximum bets possible so that your pay odds will increase. For instance, if the machine can pay 2 lines, you could have a jackpot of 1000 coins for the first coin used, but it goes up to 2500 for the next coin. If you play using the maximum coins allowed, you also get a 500-coin bonus. Just be careful when choosing slots where you are required to pay only £0.25 but it has 10 paylines. This is a huge risk as you could end up losing more. Read casino deal’s review of mobile slots in the UK to lessen the risk and find out more information about the best online slots.

Understand the payout rule

The basic rule is that if the slot has a higher payout, you will not get smaller payouts. Therefore, you need to decide what your priority is. If you want to just play over a shorter period of time, but are hoping to hit the jackpot, choose those with higher payouts. On the other hand, if you intend to play on a budget but you want to play over a longer period, choose slots with smaller payouts. The amount might not be that big, but you will at least get more of your money back. This helps prevent you losing so much.

Choose progressive slots

Progressive slots offer higher jackpot prizes because they share the jackpot with other slots as long as they operate in the same network. The sharing can even be both for regular slot machines and online slots. This is great in the sense that for every bet that does not hit the jackpot, a small percentage is added to the jackpot, until it gets really big. In some cases, the amount could even hit £1 million. As the jackpot increases, more people are motivated to play. This speeds up the increase in the total amount that could be won. Just remember though that hitting the jackpot is extremely rare.

Online slots can be very fun as long as you choose the right site to partner with. With the increasing popularity of online slots, jackpot prizes at stake have also increased. This should motivate you to try playing this game even more. Besides, playing slots online is easy and a whole lot of fun!

Road Tripping Around Canada

November 10, 2017

So you’ve decided to take a road trip around The Great White North, but are unsure where to visit? Have no fear, here we have gathered some of the most well-known, popular and enjoyable recommendations, just for you.

For Beauty

The beauty of Canada is undeniable, and a road-trip would be remiss if it didn’t include at least one stop at one of Canada’s amazing national parks. Despite being called The Great White North, Canada also includes an enormous variety of lush greenery to visit and explore.

In fact, Canada is so bountiful with its beauty that almost any road-trip you take is sure to be lined with snow-capped mountains and verdant forests.

Take it in, go camping if you like, and just remember to go prepared!

For Food

Don’t underestimate the appeal of Canadian cuisine. While many are quick to judge Canada as a place of natural beauty above all else, the quality and variety of food on offer is some of the best in the world.

Inspired by the numerous native and European cultures who settled the vast country, Canada’s multitude of eateries are famed the world over. While you can stop in many road-stops and in any city and find a restaurant to your taste, we would be remiss if we didn’t bring up food in Toronto.

The capital of Ontario is quickly becoming known as one of the best culinary destinations in the world. If you have the budget then make sure to treat yourself. If fancy dining isn’t a part of your road-trip itinerary then have no fear – Canadian local and even fast food has a huge amount on offer.

For Fun

Not content to coast by on its natural beauty and food alone, Canada is home to many large cities and some of the world’s most famed and well-loved adventure and theme parks in the world. You can also take part in Canadian based activities like Multilotto Canada.

If water and slides are your thing, and the coast, lakes, and rivers prove too chilly, you can check out some of Canada’s water parks. If you are passing through Alberta, be sure to check out World Waterpark in Edmonton, which houses the world’s largest indoor wave pool and more than 17 unique waterslides and features.

Rollercoasters and adrenaline more your speed? Canada’s Wonderland, located just north of Toronto, features 70 different rides, including over a dozen roller coasters. For those who think themselves brave enough, they even offer Halloween Haunt’s attractions by night.

For Art and Architecture

Are you looking for inspiration on your journey? Don’t overlook the towns and exhibits offered by a culture rich with native and colonial heritage.

The Art Gallery of Ontario is home to more than 40,000 different works of art, making it one of the 10 largest art museums in North America.

If natural history and interactive exhibits are more your thing then don’t miss the Royal Ontario Museum, which houses almost six million differed objects to see and interact with.

For the Road

When it comes to road-trips, nothing can match the purity of a drive through the heart of some of the most naturally beautiful land on earth. It is the best form of adventure travel. Canada is crossed with thousands of roads which any road-tripper would be happy to take, though there are a few which really stand out.

Sometimes it can be best to take the indirect route, especially if it takes you through areas with the profound beauty of Bow Valley Parkway or the Viking Trail.

Working Out While Traveling for Men

October 19, 2017

As you know, my brother and I like to drink a lot of beer while traveling. We are what you would call “beer connoisseurs“. We like to enjoy local food dishes too, which aren’t always the healthiest options for us. Although we love to enjoy ourselves and indulge, we also like to stay fit and attempt to be at least a little bit healthy while traveling the world. So we compiled a list of our top workouts for men, while traveling. They are basic, but I find that keeping it simple is your best bet while on the road. If you tend to overcomplicate things, it doesn’t always get done.

Young man hiking at Crater Lake National Park, Oregon

Running

I know it sounds super simple and that you shouldn’t need to read this article to know that you can run to stay fit while traveling, but it isn’t always easy to find the motivation while on the road. This is my favorite type of workout because I can get it over and done with in 20-40 mins depending on my motivation level. When you get in the routine of it, no matter where you are, you will get up and run in the morning. By the evening, my motivation has gone down drastically, so I tend to go first thing in the morning. (Awesome new music always helps motivate me as well).

Body Weight Exercises

Planks, pushups and squats, oh my! Don’t underestimate the amount of sweat you can get going with just a 30 minute HIIT Training session (HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training). Basically you go as hard as you can for a minute, rest for 30 seconds and continue on for 7-20 minutes. (Keep in mind you can do a variety of interval times – these are just the ones I prefer). I know everyone thinks that mostly girls use Pinterest.com, but it’s a great resource for finding new exercises to keep your body on it’s toes and keep you interested/challenged in your workouts.

Local Exercise

I used to get nervous about going to a local gym, yoga or crossfit, but sometimes you just have to push yourself to go. It is much more motivating to get your butt kicked when you’re being told what to do. Or, often I am much more motivated once I’m at the gym. I figure I might as well give it my all when I’m already at the gym, rather than sometimes losing interest in my home workouts while traveling. Lastly, using a steroids shop – steroids-evolution.org to keep fit is much more common in other parts of the world.

Overall, keeping your workouts simple is your best bet while traveling. The actual workout part usually isn’t the challenge. The big challenge for most people is finding the motivation. Get a routine going on your vacation and you will be able to enjoy yourself a lot more. You will release endorphins and work off any of that extra indulgences :).

Please keep in mind that I am not a doctor or professional in this area. Any recommendations are simply from my own experience or word of mouth. I am not responsible or liable for any of the information you may follow in this article.

The road passes through the rough mountains and the undulating plains of the Appalachian Mountains. All through this is a distance of 469 miles, the Blue Ridge Parkway crosses small mountain towns and spectacular overlooks that possess general views of the striking landscape.

On its way from the southern side at Cabo Vírgenes, this highway winds through the isolated plains of Patagonia and continues to twist to the northern side and it is flanked to the west by the great tops of the Andes. Best Beers around the World

October 4, 2017

There’s nothing quite like kicking back and unwinding with a nicely brewed ripe old pint. Reminiscent of all the good times we’ve had with the boys, watching those important games or just delivering that relaxing buzz we enjoy at the end of a long day, popping open a cold one is the break we all need from time to time.

Beer has got to be one of the best discoveries and we’re glad we have it.

It’s quite interesting how the microbial yeast prepares this fine beverage. It’s quite intriguing how our ancestors stumbled upon the discovery itself. The earliest recorded evidence of beer is a 3900 year old Sumerian poem honoring Ninkasi. Ninkasi is the goddess of brewing, and a provider of yogurt, bread and beer, but now we know that the poem and praise should have been about the yeast instead. Anyway, the poem contained the whole step by step recipe (the oldest beer recipe to have survived till date, by the way) describing the production of beer from barley and bread. This evidence was found in Mesopotamia, now called Iraq. One thing’s for sure, those eastern predecessors sure did know how to party, but we’re not left behind either.

Beer has come a long way from the 3900 year old stale barley potion (no offense to Mesopotamians) and has become a widely consumed beverage that has reached many milestones in terms of taste, quality and alcohol content.

Let’s look at some of the best beers available in the whole world today.

· Westvleteren XII (Abdij St. Sixtus)

If you have a hard time pronouncing it, it’s probably because it’s Swedish. This beer is brewed in Westvleteren, Belgium by some Trappist monks. You can’t really get this beer anywhere else but the Abdij St. Sixtus monastery. However, the refreshing flavor and synergy of chocolate, caramel and bitter marmalade make this beer one of a kind and very popular amongst beer enthusiasts and brewers all over.

· Cuvée Armand & Gaston

It seems all the best beers in the world come from Belgium. All hale the Dutch. This beer comes out of Beersel, Belgium. What gives this beverage an edge is the fruity blend of green apples, white grapes, lemon, some zesty citrus and a touch of aged wood, making it a concoction that is bound to tantalize your taste buds!

· Dark Lord Imperial Stout

If you want to summon the powers of Dark Lord Imperial Stout, you’d have to go to Munster, Indiana because that’s where this potent, exquisite concoction is prepared. The Dark Lord Imperial Stout packs a punch with 15% alcohol by volume, so drink responsibly. But, what makes this beer a favorite is the combined taste of vanilla, coffee and Indian sugar.

· Pliny, The Younger

Pliny, The Younger is effervescent India pale ale but thrice the texture, froth and potency. It’s a triple IPA that is brewed in Santa Rosa, California. During the production, this beverage is dry hopped four times in order to perfectly balance the juicy flavors of the mix with a bitter aftertaste.

5 Awesome Perks of Traveling With Your Brother

October 4, 2017

Traveling is fun. It lets you refresh yourself and rejuvenate your energy which dries down due to the daily struggles of life. If your traveling partner is your friend, family or someone you share a good camaraderie with, you are bound to have loads of fun and likely to engage in activities you had never thought of before.

Some people like to travel alone while others like to have a companion. There are benefits of both. However, there is a special someone who can be an awesome traveling buddy for you and, if you ever get a chance, take them with you! Surprisingly (or not so, since the title gave it away), we are talking about your brother. Yes, traveling with your brother can be super fun!

Wonder why? We list here some perks of having your brother as your traveling buddy.

1. You will be safe – all the time

There is a sense of responsibility that only family members have for each other. We all know how parents can be protective, but siblings care in a way that is subtle and not too overwhelming, which is perfect for when you are traveling. Your brother will make sure that you are safe throughout the trip without having to compromise on fun or be extra careful. That’s one awesome perk of traveling with your brother – right?

2. You will discover the unseen side of him

People are different when they are far from the hassles and worries of life. You will be amazed how your brother might behave on the trip. This means that your fun on the trip will multiply. Traveling with your brother will make you get to know him better and discover that he is just as weird as you are – or maybe even more!

3. Money won’t be a problem

While traveling, you need to make sure that your spending does not exceed your budget. And if it does, it gets a little embarrassing to borrow money from friends or someone else. This won’t be a problem when you are traveling with your brother. He will probably take care of the small extra expenses and if you ever need money, you can ask him without any hesitance. You are family after all.

4. Parents will happily permit you

Usually, parents are reluctant to grant permission to children for traveling alone or with friends. Even if they allow it, they keep constant tabs on them. The good news is that parents are most likely to give you permission to travel with your brother. You can go anywhere if you are traveling with your brother and keep your parents updated as per your convenience.

5. You will have a chance to settle who is the bigger prankster

You both must have played a lot of pranks on each other over the years of growing up together. As you are traveling with your brother, it’s time that you settle the scores and get on a prank war throughout the trip. It will be lots of fun as long as you keep the pranks safe.

There are people who may cringe on the idea of traveling with their sibling, but that certainly should not be the case. Healthy sibling rivalry aside, you will be surprised how memorable a time you will have while traveling with your brother.

4 Essential Tips to Deal with the Travel Hangover

October 4, 2017

You can’t take the party out of traveling. How can you claim to have toured a city if you haven’t even lived it up and experienced the night life with the locals? However, there is nothing worse than boarding that flight home or to your next destination (if you’re lucky) the very next day, while you’re still experiencing the dreaded hangover. The kind of nagging hangover that just won’t leave you alone.

We all know drinking the night before an early flight is not a great idea. But often, an early flight saves you money and why wouldn’t you go for that. So, if you find yourself cramming a night out with friends and having an early flight the next day, you’re going to be hungover for sure with nothing else to do but waiting in the cabin for hours until the plane lands.

However, there are a few things you can do to manage your travel hangover better. Let’s go through some of them.

1. Hydrate yourself, a lot!

Try to drink at least one glass of water for every alcoholic beverage you consumed the night before, to wash out all the alcohol as soon as possible. Drink a lot of water before you leave, and even on the flight. When you’re ending the night, it’s best you order tonic water or club soda with lime. This will minimize your on flight hangover.

2. Make a hangover kit

You might not have access to drug stores or make time to visit one when you’re caught up between the rough hangover and the early flight you need to catch. So, make sure you pack enough of your preferred painkillers and antacids for pain relief. Also pack wet wipes, pedialyte packets in case you can’t find yourself a Gatorade, sunglasses and breath mints to have all you need to wait out that storm of a hangover.

3. Book an aisle seat

If you’ve had a wild night of partying and have to fly back home the next morning, then this small tip will be really helpful. You need to have an escape route when the need presents itself. The rough morning may be met with some unprecedented upsurge of bile and whatever else you’d been having. An aisle seat will ensure a quick run to the bathroom without any further delay in case of an emergency because making your way to the aisle from the corner is the last thing you would want to do if you’re going to throw up. One must always be prepared.

4. Get comfortable

Comfort is the key to tackling a bad hangover. So, grab those sweatpants and a loose upper to give yourself the household comfort you need in this dire time of need. A hooded jacket that you can snuggle into and flip flops that you can easily jerk off will make you feel better. Bump your seat up to first class if that’s feasible to you, so you can lie down. If you’re in economy class, just try to get as close to the bulk head as possible because there’s ample room there.
