4 Creative Ways to Celebrate The Holidays With Your Loved Ones

The holiday season is here and there is no better way to celebrate it than with your loved ones. To show your friends and family how much you appreciate them this year, start by planning cocktails, gift exchanges, game night, or a fun-filled movie night with only the best flicks. Once you figure out which activities you are going to partake in, you can proceed to create invitation cards for everyone to invite them to the event in style. Be sure to add in the date, the time, and what the evening is going to consist of so they can prepare with anything they may need for the activities whether it is a designated driver or a blanket to curl up with.

Cocktails

For the best recipes that include a memorable flavor, choose something that requires Monin syrup as an ingredient. The syrup will add a delightful flavor that will have everyone wanting more at the end of the evening.

Having a night with dinner and cocktails is a sure way to get everyone in the family together for an evening full of fun and good laughs. To truly make the night remarkable, you are going to want to find the best cocktail recipes that everyone will enjoy. If kids are involved, make them mocktails.

Gift Exchange

Everyone loves giving and receiving when it comes to gifts, so why not put together a little gift exchange for your family and friends. To make sure everyone is included and receives a gift, be sure to get a list of who will be attending the exchange and then provide them with the name of the person in which they will be purchasing a gift for. It is always ideal to purchase a few extra gifts in case someone brings along a guest so that way they will be given a gift as well and not be discluded from the activities.

Game Night

Game night is the perfect way to celebrate the holidays with everyone in your family, no matter what their ages are. Get yourself a ping pong table, a cards game you can play with your children or even an arcade game that the entire family could enjoy. To add to the festivities of the evening, try adding a platter of snacks or appetizers to the mix. If you are inviting a large group of people over for a game night, you can even send out a text or an email for everyone to bring their own festive dish to share with everyone. Not only will it help provide food for the party, but it will also give people the chance to show off their creative culinary side.

Movie Night

If you are searching for a way to celebrate the holidays without the havoc of a big party at your home, a movie night is the way to go. If there will be children attending the movie night, it is always ideal to ask the parent what genres of movies they like so that way you will be presenting something that will interest everyone. For an adult movie night, you can never go wrong with showing a good old fashioned comedy to have everyone laughing together and enjoying the evening. Don’t forget! With every movie night, you must always have popcorn and hand snacks in stock to keep everyone content and fed during the movie.

Holiday season means that it is time to start celebrating with the ones you love by holding festivities at your such as dinner and cocktails, movie night, game night, or even a gift exchange. No matter what activity you choose to hold for your family and friends, you will be sure to have a blast just by having an opportunity to get together and laugh for a few hours outside of your work and personal life. To make sure everything goes as planned with your family event, always make sure to write out a list of people attending and anything you might need to purchase like cocktail mixers, food, movies, or games to play that everyone will enjoy. Always remember, no matter what you do, the most important thing is that the holidays have brought you and your family together for a special evening of fun and laughs.
