1. Prove You’re up to the Son Doong Cave Challenge
Son Doong Cave is the world’s largest cave. It is located in Vietnam’s Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park in the Quang Binh province.
This cave has been open to the public for only six years. However, this is no ordinary cave visit.
In order to attend, you need to undergo a health check and pay a hefty fee of $3,000.
You’ll spend two nights sleeping in the cave and three days exploring its many wonders. Activities include 25km of jungle trekking before 7km of caving.
You’ll also climb the great wall of Vietnam and then descend 80m into the cave with climbs, ropes and safety lines.
However, this adventure is one which fills up quickly. For 2019, there are only 300 spaces left. You’ll need to book in advance if this is your type of adrenaline! Check out the website for more information.

If you manage to reach the “death zone”, which is 8,000 meters up, you’re in dangerous territory.
Preparation for such a trip will take a long time and will also cost a large sum too as climbers are required to pay the Nepali authorities a “high fee”.
4. Visit Lions on an African Safari
Although not heavy on the physical endurance, an African safari is certainly loaded with adrenaline.

Why not take a trip to Indonesia? While others spend time relaxing on the stunning beaches of Bali, you can take a kayaking trip to Komodo.
